WHY is Yahoo Mail still so PAINFULLLY sloooowwwww???

No, it's nothing I'm doing or failing to do. I have cleared out my cookies, updated my virus protection, cleared out old mail. The computer is in optimal condition, but Yahoo Mail is still a pain to open. (BTW, I'm switching to google mail, which is excellent, but some things, such as Yahoo Answers correspondence, still come to my Yahoo mailbox.)
