the important bit is after the ... is it a .exe or a .dll or a .com or some other executable type of file? chances are it is in a cache folder and is just a silly name the browser made up on the fly to keep it from conflicting with some other file it was trying to keep track of in the cache. Did it come up as part of an error message? if you are worried i'd go to someplace like http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run a scan on your computer
